Ingredients
- 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
- 1 romaine lettuce, cut into pieces
- 1 jar of marinated smoked herring (120 g)
- 1 piece of Tomme des Demoiselles cheese, shredded (150 g)
- ½ cup (125 ml) bread croutons
- ½ cup (125 ml) of mayonaise
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Parmesan, grated
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
Instructions
- Mix the lettuce in a salad bowl with the croutons, cheese and a few pieces of herring
- Reserve
- In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice and herring oil
- Incorporate the contents of the second bowl into the first
- Stir well
- Add Parmesan and herring to taste
