This website, the content of the pages, the images and the logos are the exclusive property of Fumoir d’Antan and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without express consent except for the personal use of Internet users who visit it.

The conditions below apply to all users of this website. We reserve the right to modify these conditions without notice. By accessing or using this website, you automatically accept these conditions and agree to abide by them.

TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

Certain names, words, titles, expressions, logos, graphic icons or drawings on the pages of the site may constitute trademarks of the Fumoir d’Antan. Any fraudulent use or modification may violate federal laws relating to trademarks and / or copyright.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Le Fumoir d’Antan undertakes to reimburse or exchange a product purchased by its customers in its branch and in its online store if:

  • The product to be refunded or exchanged was purchased within 10 days. The reference purchase date is the date shown on the original receipt;
  • The original receipt for the purchase of the product to be refunded or exchanged is presented at the time of refund or exchange;
  • The product to be refunded or exchanged is presented or at the time of refund or exchange;
  • The refund or exchange of the product is approved by the manager or assistant manager on duty at the time of the refund or exchange.
  • Delivery times are estimated and not real
  • The cost of returning the product from the customer to the Fumoir d’Antan is assumed by the customer in the event of a refund or exchange.
  • In the event of an exchange or refund, the products must not have been used or damaged.
  • Le Fumoir d’Antan undertakes to take the necessary measures to avoid breakage during postal deliveries.
  • Le Fumoir does not undertake to reimburse or exchange products damaged during mailings.

For any refund or exchange, the customer’s name, customer’s phone number, reason for return or exchange, and customer’s signature are required for the refund or exchange to be valid.

If a customer number appears on the original invoice, that same number must be entered in the refund transaction in order to deduct points on the customer card.

The refund will be made using the same method of payment as the original invoice. If the original purchase was made by credit card, the refund must be made on the same credit card (see the 4 digits on the invoice for references).
