Ingredients
- 2 medium red potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 half-jar of drained marinated smoked mussels (120 g)
- ½ packet of hot smoked salmon bites in maple syrup
- 2 cups (500 ml) of water
- ¾ cup (190 ml) 15% cooking cream
- ½ tsp (3 ml) of curry powder
- ½ packet of hot smoked salmon bites in maple syrup
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper
- A little olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes in water until half cooked
- Drain and reserve
- Sweat the carrots, celery and onion in olive oil for 4 to 5 minutes
- Add the mussels, salmon bites, water, cream and curry powder
- Stir lightly
- Salt and pepper
- Cook over low heat for ten minutes
